The Social Policy Research Centre examined the implementation and early impacts of the introduction of Voluntary Income Management in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands (APY Lands) in South Australia. This involved surveys and interviews with people on income management, as well as interviews with service providers and other stakeholders. The study focused on how the measure was operating in the short-term, after its introduction in October 2012.
