Find First Responders

Here to help you
We understand, if you are able, that you may like to talk with someone you trust about your experience
UNSW First Responders are students and staff who are trained to offer you confidential support. They understand that reporting gendered violence can be difficult and can provide you with guidance and support.
Should you choose to make a formal report, a UNSW First Responder can help you or they can complete the report on your behalf.
We have a network of trained First Responders, available during business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Â If you require assistance outside these hours, please reach out to the following after hours support services:
Students: UNSW Psychology & Wellness 9385 5418 or text-after-hours 0485 826 595
Staff: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 1300 687 327
National Referral Services: 1800RESPECT 1800 737 732Â Â
