PhD Candidate
Martin commenced his PhD candidature with the Faculty of Law, UNSW in 2020. His research concerns the use of contextual materials in statutory interpretation.
Martin is a solicitor with expertise advising government clients on native title and property transactions. He has previously practiced in administrative and constitutional law. His Master of Laws concerned whether the rule of law limits the power of the New South Wales Legislature.
