ATAR requirements by undergraduate degree

The ATAR Profile below gives a summary of Term 1, 2024 intake.  

It outlines the highest, median and lowest ATAR of students who received an offer to UNSW.  Also included are the highest, median and lowest Selection Rank to which an offer was made.  

For applicants and prospective students looking to apply for 2025, the Selection Rank will provide a better indication of the likelihood of receiving an offer to UNSW.

UNSW issues offers on the basis of Selection Rank (ATAR plus Adjustment Factors). Some programs have additional selection criteria, including Music, Law, Medicine, Aviation, Co-op and UNSW Canberra programs. Please refer to the Degree Finder for further information.
