Stacy Tzoumakis is an ARC DECRA Senior��Research Fellow at the��Griffith Criminology Institute and an Adjunct Senior��Lecturer in the Discipline of Psychiatry and Mental Health at UNSW Sydney. She is a multidisciplinary researcher whose work takes a developmental life-course approach to studying child maltreatment, offending, and mental health. Her research aims to understand the origins of aggression and antisocial behaviour from the earliest developmental periods and inform the development of effective preventative interventions for vulnerable children and young people.��She has been an investigator on the New South Wales Child Development Study (NSW-CDS), a large population-based multi-agency, intergenerational data linkage study of 87,000 children and their parents since 2014. The NSW-CDS utilises administrative record linkage from a variety of sources (i.e., criminal justice, health, welfare, and education) to identify vulnerability and protective factors for a wide range of health, educational, social, and wellbeing outcomes.
