Ross has been employed at the Water Research Laboratory since 1990. With over 30 years of experience in UNSW administrative procedures, Ross provides support across a wide range of processes. His responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, credit card reconciliations, petty cash, orders, asset management, motor vehicle maintenance and keys.
