I am a writer, artist, documentary maker and experience designer with qualifications in architecture, literature, and discourse analysis. My main focus of research is currently in aesthetic experience in museums, galleries, natural and urban environments.

 I am currently working on an collaborative project with colleagues at the University of Central Asia to document and record residents' experience of everyday aesthetics in the village of Dobolu, Kyrgyzstan.

I am an organiser of the annual Nomad Arts Festival in Naryn Kyrgyzstan and run regular Playful Eye sessions through the Playful Eye Projec.
