Our main research interest involves the study of semiconductor materials used in optoelectronics and optical communications. We use various types of optical spectroscopies, such as laser induced luminescence spectroscopy, differential reflectance spectroscopy and other linear and non-linear optical methods to help identify the nature and dynamics of energy states in semiconductor nano-structures. We collaborate with several Australian and overseas universities in most of our research topics.
