Md Hamidul Huque is a research fellow (statistician) at the School of Psychology, UNSW. His current research encompasses dementia risk reduction through lifestyle modification in general population.ÌýWith a strong foundation in biostatistics, Huque specializes in complex epidemiological and health data using advanced Statistical methods. His methodological innovations include rigorous assessment of multiple imputation techniques for handling missing data in longitudinal studies, creating statistical frameworks for n-of-1 trials, and refining spatial regression models to acount for covariate measurement errorÌý.Dr Huque obtained his PhD degree in statistics from the University of Technology, Sydney and held a postdoctoral position in biostatistics at the Murdoch Children’s research institute, Melbourne, Australia. He obtained his bachelor and master’s degree in statistics from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Before moving to Australia, he workedÌýfor the centre for child and adolescent health at the international diarrhoeal disease research Bangladesh (icddrb) as a research statistician.Ìý
