Keelin O'Reilly is a Research Officer at the Drug Policy Modelling Program at the Social Policy Research Centre, UNSW.

Keelin has a background in psychology and criminology, and has an interest in the various criminal and non-criminal approaches to drug use and possession. She has previously published work on the approaches to distinguishing drug use from drug supply. At DPMP, Keelin works across a number of projects, including exploring non-government funded alcohol and other drug treatment services and lived experience with compulsory treatment for alcohol and other drug use.

In 2021, Keelin was selected by the Commonwealth Department of Health to be the Australian representative for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime 2022 Youth Forum, where she met with International youth representatives to discuss drug policy. From this, she has remained a member of the Australian Civil Society Committee on UN Drug Policy.
