Dr Edwin Peters
Edwin Peters has a strong background in Signal Processing, RF, embedded systems, control systems and GPU based signal processing formed at Danish and Australian universities.
Dr. Peters is currently working as a lecturer at UNSW Canberra Space, where he works on RF signal processing for satellite communications and space situational awareness applications. This includes human made orbital objects as well as near Earth asteroids. Dr. Peters utilizes dedicated hardware, such as GPUs and FPGAs to allow real-time execution of signal processing algorithms.
Further, Dr. Peters supervises postgraduate and undergraduate students in fields of applied signal processing, machine learning and radar applications.
