Dr Christian Criado-Perez Chanin

Dr. Criado-Perez has experience working in the aerospace industry in roles related to production engineering and change management. He has an engineering background, an MBA from IE Business School and a PhD from UNSW Business School.

Dr. Criado-Perez currently works at the Business Insights Institute, where he builds relationships with industry to help address their pain points whilst creating high quality research output. As a result, his areas of research are diverse, yet he has particular expertise onindividual differences, evidence-based management and on helping organisations make informed decisions by capitalising on data within their organisation, running experiments to test ideas, and connecting with the latest scientific knowledge.

I conduct applied research in many areas through the Business Insights Institute. I am also a member of the Digital Sustainability Knowledge Hub, the Personality and Performance at Work group, and of the Next Gen Architectural Manufacturing centre.
