Dr Asanka Perera
Asanka is a postdoctoral researcher at UNSW Canberra. His research is focused on robotics, mechatronics, drones, machine learning, computer vision and signal processing.Prior to joining UNSW, Asanka was a postdoctoral researcher at Central Queensland University and University of South Australia. He hasworked with several industry partners and government organizations as a research scientist. Asanka's research has attracted international media attention, including , and .
Asanka is currently working on to address complex issues related to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) contaminated environments.
