Digital health
At the Centre for Big Data Research in Health (CBDRH), we undertake research to understand how digital approaches can best be applied in clinical- and consumer-facing applications. We have extensive experience partnering with consumer, clinical, industry, and other sector organisations to understand the acceptability and effectiveness of digital health approaches.
We have expertise in:
- Objective measures of the quality and safety of digital interventions, and assessing clinical and governance risks in emerging health technologies.
- Using novel non-clinical data sources to understand patterns and trajectories of health outcomes.
- Community-based and clinical trials of digital health interventions.
- Consumer and lived experience engagement to understand attitudes, needs, and preferences related to digital health interventions.
- Industry and sector partnerships to evaluate real-world evidence.
