AGSM @ UNSW Business School is ranked 8th in Asia Pacific and 37th globally in the 2018 QS Global EMBA Rankings. This is the second year that QS has released a global ranking for Executive MBA programs and includes data collected from schools, students, academics, and employers.
The QS Global EMBA Rankings consider five performance indicators, including Employer Reputation, Academic Reputation, Career Outcomes, Executive Profile and Diversity.
Out of these categories AGSM earned full points for the percentage of women enrolled in the MBA (Executive) program (31%) which exceeds the Asia Pacific score of 29.5% and global score of 29.9%. Overall AGSM succeeded the mean score in three of the five indicators across both Asia Pacific and global rankings:
Professor Nick Wailes, AGSM Director and Deputy Dean of UNSW Business School, said: "These results are a strong outcome for AGSM's MBA (Executive) program. Not only do the rankings outline important criteria against which business schools are evaluated, they also reinforce our position as a leading global institution committed to creating a contemporary MBA experience."
"We intentionally recruit students from diverse backgrounds from the corporate, not-for-profit and public sectors who bring unique perspectives and experiences to AGSM and the broader business community," he said.
