Paul has worked across government, private and non government organisations throughout Australia and overseas. He has held senior leadership roles, including as CEO of non-profit disability and mental health organisations.

Paul’s research interests are the organisation of social services in Australia; disability and mental health policy; inclusive research and evaluation; and social policy process. Paul applies mixed methodology and adopts inclusive research methods with people with disability, policy officials and services providers.
