Having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and subsequently completing a Master by Research (MRes) in Management at the University of Exeter, I underwent a pivotal shift in my academic focus toward psychology, with a particular emphasis on educational psychology. Prior to embarking on my current Ph.D. journey, I attained a Master of Arts in Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

In the professional sphere, I held the position of Project Associate at the Educational Development Center at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Within this role, my primary responsibilities included making substantive contributions to manuscript drafting, conducting statistical analyses, and delving into the nuanced exploration of both quantitative and qualitative data.
