Michelle Lucas is a doctoral candidate and lecturer in the School of Education. Her research focuses on the talent development and vocational choices of gifted students in STEM fields. Michelle is currently a diverse learning specialist advisor for New South Wales curriculum. Her background includes gifted education, Mathematics and Science teaching and a prior career as a chemical engineer. She has published in Australian publications such as Teacher Magazine and Science Education News.
