I am researching the pathways for the practical implementation of urban sound planning in Sydney, Australia - i.e. the integration of soundscape design in environmental planning and regulation. My research aims to bridge the gap between academic soundscape research and built environment practice using implementation science and systems thinking approaches. I am passionate about using transdisciplinary methods to understand better ways for people to coexist with their environments and with each other, in a socially just and sustainable manner.
