Jennifer has been a part of the UNSW community for the past 9 years, and is currently ADA’s Education Excellence and Innovation Manager. She has spent the last 20 years working in education, beginning her career in Southern California as an English and History Teacher and then later as a Primary and Middle School Principal. Jennifer is currently studying a Doctor of Education (EdD) here at UNSW where her research is investigating sense of belonging and teacher pedagogy in the higher education classroom. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Cal State Fullerton, a Teaching Credential from Chapman University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in English from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Jennifer is passionate about education, student experience, sense of belonging, and collaboration.
