Weekly rates are for 2025 and are expected to change yearly. Rates shown are for full-year contracts only.
The contract period is from 29 January 2025 to 28 January 2026. Please refer to the room chart above for more detailed information. Note: The premium deluxe studio includes an accessible bathroom, and residents living in a multi-share standard apartment will have their own bedroom (with same-gender roommates).
