We're dedicated to supporting you throughout your time at university and offer a variety of scholarships for domestic undergraduate students.Ìý
UNSW Equity Scholarship
UNSW offers a wide range of Equity Scholarships to assist commencing and current students to undertake full-time study.Ìý Equity Scholarships are awarded to students from low socio-economic backgrounds to increase access to study opportunities for students who have experienced financial hardship and educational disadvantage.ÌýÌý
Scientia Scholarship
The Scientia Scholars program offers a flexible and rewarding education for students undertaking full-time undergraduate study at UNSW. Benefits include an annual stipend, access to academic mentors, invitations to a range of special events, and the opportunity to be considered for research assistant positions within their chosen faculty. Ìý
The UNSW Scientia Scholarship is awarded to high-achieving students who achieve an ATAR score (or equivalent) of 99.90 or above in an Australian Senior Secondary Certificate.Ìý
Academic Achievement Awards
Academic Achievement Awards are granted to encourage academically gifted local Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent students from the ACT and NSW high schools to undertake undergraduate study at UNSW.
Honours scholarships
UNSW Canberra offers scholarships to high-achieving undergraduate students who pursue an Honours program in Arts, Business, Computing and Cyber Security, and Science.
Summer undergraduate research scholarships
Current undergraduate students are also eligible to apply for the Summer UndergraduateÌýResearch Scholarship. This programÌýgives studentsÌýthe opportunityÌýto undertake a short research project with leading researchers. Participants will develop theirÌýresearch skills,Ìýlearn how to present research results, and gain an insight intoÌýwhat further research study atÌýUNSW CanberraÌýcould look like.Ìý
Postgraduate research scholarships
At UNSW Canberra we’re committed to supporting upcoming researchers take the next step in their career.
We offer a range of postgraduate research scholarships for domestic and international students with exceptional potential to undertake a higher degree by research.Ìý
This includes generous stipend scholarships of up to $35,000 per annum (flat rate) to successful candidates.

Successful candidates will be awarded a CSCRC graduateÌýresearch scholarshipÌýor postdoctoral research fellowship.Ìý
