Our mission is to conduct high quality, high impact research and teaching. With internationally recognized scholars, our focus is on generating impactful, practice-based, and future-oriented knowledge Our main areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship; International Business; Organisational Behaviour; and Organisation and Management Theory.
Our school members publish their research in world-leading journals with a variety of theoretical and methodological approaches. We collaborate with leading researchers around the world and across disciplines, with a robust visitor program, Working on ideas to solve pressing managerial, organizational, and societal problems, creating we cultivate and maintain an intellectually stimulating research culture led by an inquisitive set of colleagues.Â
