±Ê°ù´ÇÂá±ð³¦³Ù:ÌýThe invasion of Rusa deer across Oceania
Supervised by:Â Lee Ann Rollins (Primary); Neil R Jordan (Secondary)
Project Description:Â My project will focus on understanding the mechanisms of evolution and adaptation of widely introduced Rusa deer (Rusa timorensis). I will use genomic tools to provide reliable information for an effective management plan for this invasive species, which already harms the environment, and specifically in New Caledonia, has out-populated human population.
