Anand Singh Dinesh
Anand has a bachelor's degree in Physics and a master's degree in Environmental Science and Technology from India. His master's thesis focused on rainfall rate estimation over India using hybrid machine learning algorithms. After his master's degree, he worked on a project between India and Russia at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal, studying the impacts of climate change on the South Asia extremes. At UNSW, he aims to understand the interaction between the oceanic precipitation and ocean extremes in the warming climate. Outside my office hours, I love hiking, kayaking and movies.
