is a researcher, consultant and speaker who challenges age stereotypes and invites individuals and organisations to reimagine the retirement paradigm. Dr Rickwood, recently collaborated with the UNSW Ageing Futures Institute on a project looking at multi-generational teams.

is a Sydney-based writer, editor and communications professional with a special interest in ageing.  She is co-chair of the NSW Division of the Australian Association of Gerontology (AAG) and was founding editor of Australian Ageing Agenda.
