Drug Discovery |
My team has developed an Australian national biobank of stem-cell-derived airway and gut organoids, and has built a platform for high-throughput functional therapy-testing on patients organoids.
Current projects
- Organoid models for infection biology.
- Organoid-guided drug discovery for airway diseases.
- Functional modification of airway stem cells ex vivo, prior to transplantation into the in vivo airways.
